I fell in love with immigration law because of the profound and permanent way it can change peoples lives for the better. With a background in psychology, I do not think it is a coincidence that I am in this field; Immigration law comes naturally to me because of my empathetic nature. Although I am not an immigrant, I am deeply moved by my clients because of their human desire to be with loved ones in a safe environment where they aren’t just surviving, but are thriving.
My family has also been personally impacted by our immigration system; my fiancé is from the United Kingdom and we will be going through the same immigration process you may be facing, to ensure that we can raise our young son together in the United States. I know how important your case is because I have had my own. Consequently, it is second nature for me to provide compassionate, respectful, and dedicated representation as you navigate the complex, often stressful process of obtaining legal status in the United States either for yourself or a loved one.
My practice is 100% immigration and I have over ten years of experience. I speak Spanish. I learned Spanish through years of study in school and I had the opportunity to practice it extensively while living in Madrid, Spain for a semester during college. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology, cum laude, from San Diego State University and my Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.
